Marilyn Glenville

Pre-Conception and Nutrition Specialist

Marilyn Glenville PhD is a registered nutritionist and for over 25 years has specialised in women’s health. She is a member of the Nutrition Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. Dr Glenville is a patron of the Daisy Network, a premature menopause support group and is also on the Medical Advisory Panel for the registered charity Women’s Health. She is also the author of a number of internationally best selling books including 'Natural Solutions to Infertility' and 'The Nutritional Health Handbook for Women'.

Michael Rimington

Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Mr Rimington gained his accreditation as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in 1997 then quickly entered full time private practice as an infertility specialist. He started working in the field of assisted conception in 1992, gaining an MD in 1997. His area of special interest is the management of women with polycystic ovarian disease, on which subject he has published widely. In 2004 he joined with Mark Wilcox to form the South East Fertility Clinic (SEFC) and set up a new assisted conception unit in Tunbridge Wells in Kent in the South East of England. He is the designated person responsible for the unit as registered with the HFEA.

Victoria Allan - NEW EXPERT

Holistic Fertility Therapist and Counsellor

Victoria is a holistic fertility therapist which enables her to look at a person as a whole and therefore gives advice how to generally enhance fertility through common sense tips but also she can provide support during every phase when trying to get pregnant so that you are more able to cope with all the emotions which come with the journey. Typical issues which she deals with on a regular basis are reducing stress relief and deal with lifestyle issues.

Victoria Allen has a diploma in counselling. She is a member of BICA - British Infertility Counselling Association - and is CCC registered. For her own professional development she is currently undertaking the BICA infertility counseling award which makes her well qualified to work in this area.

She sees clients either in person at her practice in Peasmarsh or at the South East Fertility Clinic Hospital in Tunbridge Wells which are both located in Kent or via telephone consultations which she can do on a national basis. At the South East Fertility clinic, she is the nominated counsellor for all patients who want or need counseling as part of the fertility treatment they go through at the clinic.

 

Anthea Mason - NEW EXPERT

Acupuncturist for Fertility and IVF

Anthea qualified as an acupuncturist (iLicAc MBAcC) in 1997 from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture.

She has a busy clinic in Lewes, East Sussex and for the past 5 years has had a particular interest in treating infertility with acupuncture and other lifestyle advice.

Whether trying to conceive naturally or through IVF/IUI, Anthea offers an holistic approach with the intention of not only treating the physical issues but also the emotional.which she believes is a very important aspect of fertility.

Anthea is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council and is fully insured.
